Quality Ecosystem Lead

Position purpose: Defines the ecosystem specific COS standards for QA/QC in conjunction with OE, site and functional stakeholders. Oversees installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operation System at site or supported functions through Gemba, site visits and maturity assessments. Supports value delivery of the ecosystem interacting with all sites or full functional team from T4 to T1. Support deployment of Structured Problem-Solving tools as well as Lean and Six Sigma as appropriate.…
