ROLE SUMMARY The PX manager partners with leaders and colleagues across Pfizer Korea to execute and embed key PX programs and priorities. The role translate strategic direction into practical actions by supporting talent process, organizational initiatives, colleague listening activities, leadership capability building and change implementation. Working closely with Korea PX lead, the role helps ensure consistent execution of the PX agenda while providing day-to-day consultation to leaders. This position is individual contributor role and reports directly to Korea PX Lead. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Execute PX priorities: Support the execution of PX priorities and programs across Pfizer Korea, ensuring consistent adoption, high-quality delivery and alignment with business needs. Enable talent & growth process: Facilitate effective execution of talent growth processes across assigned client groups Drive colleague listening & engagement actions: Support the organization in acting on colleague feedback and improving colleague experience such as Pulse Survey and other listening activities Support Organizational changes & business transformation: Partner with PX and business leaders to successfully implement organizational and business changes Deliver leadership enablement & coaching support: Help leaders navigate people processes and day-to-day people management challenges Manage PX process excellence: Promote operational excellence and consistency across PX activities Partner across PX and business stakeholders: Work collaboratively across PX community toe deliver integrated support Provide day-to-day employee relation support: Support PX Lead and PX manager (ER focus) to create resolution of employee concerns and workplace issues QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree or equivalent Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, People Experience, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Employee Relations, or related disciplines. Experience partnering with people leaders and supporting day-to-day people management activities. Strong project management and execution skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to drive follow-through and ensure completion of agreed actions across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels of the organization. Experience working in a matrixed and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret people-related data and translate insights into practical actions. Fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken.
