Joining this team means owning meaningful product areas, shipping high-quality features, and making a direct impact on how thousands of organizations protect and collaborate on their data.       WHAT YOU’LL DO   As a Product Manager at Egnyte, you will own specific product areas end-to-end from understanding the problem deeply to getting the solution built and shipped. You will work within a defined problem space and be empowered to figure out the best way to solve it. You will collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA, and customer success teams.   Your day-to-day will include:   Own the full execution lifecycle for your product area from shaping the problem and defining the solution to managing scope, driving decisions, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery   Rapidly prototype ideas and concepts using   new-age   AI-powered tools .   Y ou should be comfortable turning   a rough idea   into something tangible that engineers and stakeholders can react to   Use productivity and collaboration tools like Claude / Cowork , Figma, or similar to move fast, stay organized, and communicate clearly across teams   Work hands-on with engineering and design throughout the build cycle unblocking issues, making fast decisions, and keeping momentum going without needing to be told what to do next   Prioritize ruthlessly ,   manage the backlog, negotiate trade-offs, and keep the team focused on what matters most in each release   Collaborate with QA and customer success to ensure shipped features   actually work   and meet the needs of real users   Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, support tickets, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product   Track key metrics for your product area and use data to evaluate whether shipped features are achieving their intended outcomes   Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across the organization on progress, blockers, and upcoming releases       YOUR QUALIFICATIONS   We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about building great products, takes pride in clean execution, and brings energy and accountability to everything they do. You   don’t   need to have all the answers ,   but you do need to be the kind of person who will find them.   You bring:   3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment   A strong   track record   of shipping ,   you have delivered features end-to-end and know how to navigate the messy middle between idea and production   Hands-on with modern productivity and AI tools , y ou naturally reach for Claude / Cowork , or similar tools to think faster, prototype quickly, and work more effectively   Ability to create lo-fi or hi-fi prototypes that bring ideas to life, whether through design tools, clickable   mockups , or AI-assisted workflows   High ownership mindset :   you treat your product area like   it’s   your own, follow through on commitments, and   don’t   let things fall through the cracks   Comfort working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities without losing focus   Ability to break down complex problems into clear, buildable solutions you are structured in your thinking but pragmatic in your approach   Genuine curiosity about how enterprise software works, what customers   actually struggle   with, and how technology can solve   real business   problems   Affinity for Egnyte’s mission you care about data security, content governance, and helping organizations work smarter and more safely   Bonus if you have:   Experience with content management, cloud storage, compliance, or security products   Prior experience working with or integrating AI tools into day-to-day product workflows   Exposure to working with distributed or global engineering teams   Background in   s oftware   e ngineering       BENEFITS   Competitive salaries   Medical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your family   Fully paid premiums for Term life insurance   Personal Accident Insurance   Flexible hours and PTO   Mental wellness platform subscription   Gym and fitness reimbursement   Childcare reimbursement       EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY   At Egnyte, we celebrate our unique differences and thrive on our diversity for our employees, our products, our customers, our investors, and our communities.
