Pan‑European Investment Firm 1-2 years experience in Private Equity Azienda Pan‑European Investment Firm Offerta The Analyst will sit within Investor Relations (IR) team in Milan House, supporting the execution and delivery of several workstreams, including but not limited to Fundraising, with a strong accounting/finance focus. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing / Communications Support on responses to investor requests Helping with logistics and materials for investor events Support on preparation of quarterly investor reports Coordinate AML / KYC process with Compliance Maintenance of the investor portal Support with preparation of investor communication, including deal announcements and exit announcements Support with ongoing PR efforts, including maintenance of Linkedin channel and website updates Fundraising Support drafting due diligence requests and preparing marketing materials Maintain meeting calendar; coordinate internal team availability Attend selective investor meetings and events Support team in conference and roadshow planning Internal Operations / Other Maintain investor CRM, distribution lists, investor materials and folders / central repository of information Develop relationships across functions (Finance, Legal, Investment Team) Competenze ed esperienza Degree in Economics or Finance 1-2 years experience in Private Equity, in analyst roles or junior investor relations positions Finance/accounting background Fluency in English is required for this role Self-driven, quality and results-oriented An ability to work well under pressure Ability to handle client and internal needs Strong attention to detail Ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders Interest in investment strategies Entrepreneurial/ownership mindset Completa l'offerta Initial one‑year fixed‑term contract, with the intention of conversion to a permanent position.
