Performance Marketing Manager | Senior

What we're building BlancVPN is a privacy product used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide — often in exactly the markets where acquisition is hardest. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager | Senior who can find working acquisition channels, prove the economics, and scale them across markets where conditions change fast — including under restrictions, blocking, and censorship. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who operates independently, decides from data, and rebuilds the playbook — campaigns, landing pages, domains, channels — the moment the old one stops working. What we're looking for Core Requirements Fluent Russian and English ( B2+ ) 4+ years of proven performance marketing, including international markets Ability to analyze your own work and prove results in numbers Experience with projects facing restrictions, blocking, or censorship — and an understanding of how to work around those barriers in international markets without violating platform rules Independence, outcome focus, and ownership of results Ability to create tasks from goals and OKRs instead of waiting for assignments Nice-to-have Experience with PostHog or similar product analytics Experience building and leading a growth team Experience promoting VPNs, mobile apps, or subscription products What you'll be doing Acquisition and Experiments Acquire and scale traffic in Russian-speaking and international markets, developing economically sound growth hypotheses Maintain and expand presence in the Russian-speaking market despite regulatory restrictions and blocks — finding, testing, and scaling acquisition channels when familiar ones stop working Run projects in an environment shaped by censorship and blocking, quickly adapting creatives, landing pages, domains, and channels as conditions change Execution and Scale Make independent decisions and bring projects to target metrics Build a team to scale and grow the function What we offer 🌍 Work from anywhere — fully remote (except Russia, Belarus, China, Syria, Iran, Yemen, North Korea, and some other regions) 🗓️ Flexible 5-day week — start when it suits you; loosely aligned to CET 💻 Full home-office setup — all the equipment you need, on us 🌴 40 flexible paid days off + paid sick leave ❤️ Benefits — VHI, wellness, language courses, mental health support and a referral program 📈 Room to grow — annual development budget + in-person team meet-ups Stages 👋 Welcome Call 🛠️ Technical Call 🤝 Pre-Offer Call
