Outbound Verification Specialist   Work Schedule: 9PM – 6AM   PHT  |   Full- Time  |   Remote/Office     About the Role     We're looking for a focused, professional communicator to join our growing Verification team. In this role, you'll make structured outbound calls to landlords, property managers, and employers across the US to verify applicant information as part of the multifamily housing screening process. Every call you make directly supports fair, accurate, and timely decisions for our clients and the people they serve.     This is not a sales, collections, or appointment-setting role. You'll follow a clear verification framework, document what you learn accurately, and move efficiently through a daily call queue — making this an excellent fit for someone who is disciplined, detail-obsessed, and comfortable on the phone with US-based contacts.     What You'll Do     Conduct structured outbound verification calls to landlords, property managers, and employers in the US   Verify current and former lease arrangements on behalf of multifamily housing clients   Verify current and former employment information for applicant screening purposes   Gather supplemental information from clients and applicants as needed to complete verification records   Accurately document all call outcomes, responses, and follow-up items   Meet daily productivity and quality metrics consistently   Participate in ongoing regulatory compliance and process training   Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the broader Screening team     What We're Looking For     Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and professional phone presence — this is a phone-heavy role with US-based contacts daily   Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with accurate spelling and documentation habits   Exceptional attention to detail — verification work requires precision; errors have real consequences   Ability to work through a structured daily call queue independently with minimal supervision   Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive personal and employment information   Comfortable multitasking across different verification workflows and queues simultaneously   Prior experience in BPO, background screening, tenant screening, HR verification, or a similar research/outbound calling role is a strong advantage     This position does not involve sales calls, collections, or appointment setting.   About Us   From the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
