WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Optimize workflows in office management to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare decision-making documents for management-level projects, considering time, budget, and resources
- Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
- Support your team with general administrative and assistant tasks
- Create a comfortable and welcoming working environment
- Quickly identify problems and find effective, practical solutions
- Assist in planning events ranging from small gatherings to smaller Office Events and support large-scale functions
- Taking over organisational some tasks for the CEO Office
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least two years of work experience in high performance/fast pace Environment or growth stage companies.
- You work independently and professionally, with strong attention to detail and high standards for yourself and your work from end-to-end
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a strong service orientation
- You consider yourself an Organization and Planning Expert and enjoy taking on responsibility
- You have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and effective communication abilities combined with a strong hands-on mentality
- You take initiative and enjoy developing and implementing your own ideas
- Ideally, you are proficient in using G Suite applications
- You are fluent in both French and English
