Job Description – Manual Tester: MacOS (Desktop Application)   Employment Details Employment Term:  Full-Time (Fixed) Work Schedule:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time (1hr break-time) Weekends:  Saturday & Sunday Work Setup:  Remote (BYOD)   Role Overview We are looking for a  solid manual tester  who can test productivity desktop apps built on  .NET for MacOS . You'll work closely with our client's product and engineering teams to ensure the agentic AI desktop product works flawlessly on MacOS.   Required Skills 3+ years manual testing experience of desktop applications Hands-on testing experience on MacOS Access to MacOS machines as verification is needed on both Intel and Apple Silicon (ARM) Macs to catch native code paths, library/runtime varints, and performance differences. Derive new test cases from product specs, UI walkthroughs, or hands-on exploration.  Produce structured CSV/spreadsheet formats with clear test descriptions, steps, expected outcomes, and pass/fail criteria Refine AI-drafted test plans, removing redundancies, adding edge cases, sharpening expected outcomes, and restructuring cases. Clear bug write-ups with precise reproduction steps, severity classification, screenshots, and log capture Comfort with complex UI patterns: multi-window interfaces, drag-and-drop, modal dialogs, menu bar behavior, and installer flows Platform-specific knowledge in MacOS .app bundles, Info.plist file associations, native title-bar behavior MS365 / Outlook familiarity to integrate with both Outlook Classic and modern Outlook Strong written English; proficiency with Microsoft Teams and GitLab for collaboration and issue tracking   Nice to Have Microsoft Entra / OAuth sign-in flow testing AI / LLM chat product testing Installer validation (.app / .dmg on MacOS)   What We Provide Test accounts, sample data, and direct access to the dev team for clarifications A small, product-driven team where your work directly impacts the product Remote flexibility with a team based worldwide
