A people-first leader that can operate independently and take ownership of the results of the team Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in the immigration space A clear understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment is ideal Writes and speaks fluent English; additional languages are a plus Experience working remotely is a plus Key Responsibilities People Manager Independently delivers on team objectives with an understanding of how they impact the broader Mobility team and other related teams. Invests time, energy, and enthusiasm in developing self/others to improve performance and gain knowledge in new areas Provides ongoing support and constructive coaching to increase employee effectiveness Creates long and short-term strategies to align with Mobility's vision and goals, including setting targets to meet timelines Reports to Senior Management on metrics, targets, and project alignment Review team budgets and ensure adherence.
