tailkWe're looking for a creative junior UI Designer to support TechMagic's marketing team. You'll design and continuously improve digital assets and web interfaces, working closely with CMS-based publishing workflows. AI tools are a key part of your toolkit — we want someone who uses them to move faster and think bigger.
AI-first mindset required. We expect you to actively use AI design and ideation tools to accelerate your work and expand your creative output — from generating concepts to optimising existing designs.
The idea is to get rid of routine tasks and give you an opportunity to focus of creative side of the job!
Responsibilities
- Create and refine UI designs for marketing pages and digital campaigns
- Optimise existing designs with a focus on usability and visual consistency
- Collaborate with content and dev teams within CMS-based workflows
- Understand CMS constraints and design with them in mind from the start
- Use AI tools for concept generation, image editing, and design iteration
- Maintain and evolve the team's visual style guidelines
What we're looking for
- Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals — layout, typography, colour, hierarchy
- Understanding of how CMS platforms work and how they affect design decisions
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Experience using AI tools in the design process (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
- Attention to detail and a good eye for brand consistency
- Portfolio showing marketing or web design work is a strong plus
