Job Description Prepare and file immigration cases, including L-1 and TN petitions and applications, with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client needs. Advise clients on immigration processes and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely case management and resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide guidance and support on legal strategies for immigration matters. The Successful Applicant A successful Immigration Attorney should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to a state bar in the United States.
