Number of Openings: 1 As a DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounting Admin you will oversee invoice processing and payment. You will be responsible for managing vendor relations, keeping an up-to-date vendor database, and relev an t AP reporting. Day to day you will be making significant contributions to our partner’s operation s and get the opportunity to enlarge your scope and shape your career.     REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES   Strong organizational and time management skills   Excellent attention to detail and a ccuracy   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills   Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures     WHAT YOU WILL DO   Data Entry & Storage: Entering data and ensuring the accuracy of financial information in accounting software. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.   Daily Finance: Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Monitoring and tracking company expenses and budgets. Accounts Payables: Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports. Preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow.   Accounts Receivable: Ensuring efficient and accurate posting of invoice transactions upon client order completion. Routinely making collection contacts and issuing past-due notices and statements. External Stakeholder Management: Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.     Management Reporting: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. Supporting the preparation of financial statements and other related financial reports. Administrative Assistance: Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed. Performs tasks analogous to the preceding. Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.     WHAT WE LOOK FOR   Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, Business Administration, or a related field .    Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.   Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.   Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours .    Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software .    Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:         Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.   Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software.   In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.   Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.   Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines.     WHAT WE OFFER   Salary Range: Php 35,000- Php 40,000    Industry: Residential Roofing Job Type: Full-time   Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST (USA)   This schedule is flexible, and total hours will not exceed 40 hours per week.
