The Talent Recruiter partners with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality front-line team members across assigned communities. This role manages full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company hiring standards. What You’ll Do: • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume community roles • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy • Source candidates through job boards, social media, outreach and hiring events • Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines • Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions • Ensure compliance with EEO and state hiring regulations • Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvement opportunities • Strengthen Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets What We're Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in multi-site, agency, or healthcare/senior living settings • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday recruiting experience strongly preferred • Strong high-volume sourcing expertise using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable approach to hiring challenges • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage candidates and partner with stakeholders • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Talent Recruiter – Attract Top Talent and Deliver Exceptional Hiring Experiences Recruiter | Talent Acquisition | Full-Cycle Recruiting | High-Volume Recruiting | Sourcing | ATS | Hiring Pay Range: 64,360.00 - 80,450.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
