Requirements Fluency in  German  (spoken and written). Good command of  English  (minimum B2 level). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications. Interest in consumer electronics, smart home devices, and technology. Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge. Previous experience in customer support, technical support, consumer electronics, or call centers is an advantage but not required. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad. EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
