Founding Civil Engineer

The Role Founding civil-structural engineer and PE of record for all structural and site civil deliverables. You deliver real structural engineering on live projects AND build the automated engine that makes your workflow repeatable for any site in the US. What You Will Do Deliver complete structural packages on live projects: ASCE 7-22 load calculations, Revit 3D models, STAAD.Pro analysis and optimization, foundation design, connection design (RAM Connection + IDEA StatiCa), IFC drawing sets with fabrication files Build a parametric structural engine that generates any standard framing scheme from a parameter template, with USGS ASCE Hazard API auto-populating site-specific loading for any US location Deliver site civil scope alongside structural: grading, stormwater, utility routing, site layout What Matters PE license in at least one US state (civil or structural) preferred but not required Strong structural fundamentals (AISC 360, ASCE 7, foundation and connection design) Working proficiency with relevant tools ( STAAD.Pro , RAM Connection, IDEA StatiCa, Revit Structural, or similar) Ability to do the engineering and think about how to automate it end to end Attitude and curiosity over years of experience Full-time W-2 | Remote US | Competitive base + founding-team equity
