Engineer Maintenance & Reliability

Total Number of Openings 1 This job entails leading the Maintenance Function and ensuring reliable and efficient operations at our manufacturing plant, finished goods warehouse and Base Oil terminal in compliance with Chevron’s Tenants of Operation and ISO Quality requirements. Maintain an injury free Maintenance function by mobilizing both inhouse and external maintenance service providers to carryout routine maintenance activities on plant equipment and instrumentation, ensure robust backup systems are in place to address potential equipment failures, initiate improvements to increase efficiencies and minimize bottlenecks in key manufacturing work streams, assist Plant Managers in preparation of Capital & Operational Expenditure Budgets and maintain relevant inventories for maintenance works, act as a high consequence scenario owner for identified processes, ensure maintenance teams meet the relevant skill levels to sustain maintenance standards. A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed University. At least 3 years of prior experience in similar capacity with a reputed organization. Knowledge in Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other equivalent system. Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent system. Possess technical and commercial acumen to respond to needs of multiple stakeholders. Demonstrable leadership traits in liaising with hybrid teams, service providers and other subject matter experts.
