This position preforms a wide variety of work that supports the quality of education in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department Online Education degree program. The Undergraduate Student Support Services Worker performs a variety of work related to the support and enhancement of the quality of student life at the university. Position Duties: 100% of the position may include activities such as mentoring, assisting with office hours via communication channels (e.g. Slack, Piazza), assisting with grading based on a rubric, attending weekly TA meetings and posting on discussion boards. A reduced course load is approved by the   Office of International Services   ( OIS ), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center.
