A leading international hospitality entity is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of world-class dining concepts across multiple international markets.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a highly accomplished hospitality professional with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of luxury hospitality concepts, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
• Drive business performance through effective financial management, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire senior operational leaders while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience standards are maintained across all locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with executive leadership to support business growth and future expansion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong background overseeing high-end dining concepts or luxury hospitality operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Commercially minded with strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE (relocation will be provided by the company).
