Civil Engineer Land Development remote or hybrid

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Fioravanti Inc. Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors is looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team in Southampton, PA. Responsibilities: Design and manage land development projects including site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, reports, and construction documents Coordinate with municipal agencies, clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle Perform stormwater management design and prepare E&S control plans Conduct site visits and field evaluations to support project development Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirements Collaborate with land surveyors and project teams to deliver accurate, on-time project deliverables Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in land development or site civil engineering PE license preferred; EIT certification considered for qualified candidates Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software Knowledge of Pennsylvania municipal permitting and land development processes a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and agency coordination Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously About Us: Fioravanti Inc.
