Identify and propose win-win solutions that align with both partner needs and company goals. Support projects and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned. Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in pitching and negotiating campaigns or promotions is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
