Responsibilities Process incoming invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness Assist with payment processing and reconciliation tasks Review and verify accounting documents and reports Coordinate with vendors regarding payment inquiries Maintain organized records of financial transactions Support month-end closing activities Assist with audits and other financial reviews Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus Basic understanding of accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel A commitment to learning and developing financial skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a finance-related role is a plus but not required
