Our Onboarding teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Onboard venues into Wolt's platform - booking and uploading photos, uploading menus to set guides, menu and profile translations, training and restaurant/retail support.
- Ensuring Restaurant and Retail Partner profiles on the platform are up to date and to support them on a day-to-day basis together with Support Associates.
- Proactively search for knowledge cross functions when needed.
- Follow-up on personal and team KPIs for lead time and onboarding volume.
- Work together with Development Managers to optimize Restaurant and Retail Partner performance.

- Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders, English and Norwegian.
- Be able to prioritise Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business.
