- Pending — match created, queued for the interview.
- Interview ready — the interview is done; there's a score to review.
- Notified — we've already emailed you with the result.
- Applied — you clicked "Apply": match closed on your side.
- Dismissed — you dismissed the match: hidden from default filters.

When disabled, the system won't generate new matches or interviews.
