Job Description Provide legal advice and guidance on structured investment products. Collaborate with internal teams, including a structured product desk, to address legal requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to structured investments. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the technology and telecoms sector. Analyze legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting structured investments. Support legal operations for broker-dealer activities as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful VP, Structured Investments Counsel should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Experience in a law firm or in-house legal role at a broker-dealer. Knowledge of structured investment products and relevant regulations. Strong understanding of legal operations in the technology and telecoms industry. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
