VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (LATAM only) - BILINGUAL - REMOTE - FULLTIME

Bilingual Virtual Assistant Full-Time | Remote | US-Based Client About the Role We are looking for a Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support a US-based client on a full-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with US teams and clients. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Handle email correspondence and prioritize inbox communications Support day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed Coordinate with internal team members and external contacts Assist with data entry, research, and other ad hoc tasks Requirements Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher) Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar) Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace Availability to work full-time during US business hours Nice to Have Experience supporting US clients directly Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Experience with social media management or basic content creation (Canva)
