Position Summary Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy, ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data-driven insights to identify trends, and improve strategy and execution. Main Responsibilities · Support the execution of action plans in alignment with strategic objectives. · Coordinate the design, development, and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards. · Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up. · Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders. · Analyses digital data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to generate actionable insights for future strategies. · Follow up on Promotional materials deliveries and field execution. · Generate insights from market analysis. Organizational Relationships Collaborates with: Category Lead, Country Brand Lead, Brand Managers, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Sales Force & Sales Leads, Internal and External Communications team, as well as Colab and other vendors Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles. · Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); advanced level preferred.
