Title Examiner/Title Agent

Advantage Title & Escrow is a rapidly growing Title Company in Northwest and Central Arkansas seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Title Searcher/Title Agent to join our fast-paced team. Desired Skills: Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills Working knowledge of industry documents (Deeds, mortgages, judgments, probates, etc.) Must possess solid computer skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines Must be self-motivated Responsibilities include: Researching public records Compiling research into search reports to be reviewed by the Title Examiner Understanding and complying with policies, laws, and regulations accordingly.
