Technical Sales

Responsibilities: Providing technical support to the sales team, distributors and the service network (workshops and fleet owners). Carry out face-to-face and online technical training on products, applications and best practices. Carry out field visits to analyze faults, provide technical guidance and support representatives in other states. Supporting the legal sector with technical analysis and records of negotiations, whenever necessary in legal actions. Collecting field data and insights to support the development of new products together with the product development team. Providing technical support to the export area, serving clients in South American countries. Monitoring and recording customer service via the system, preparing reports and contributing to continuous improvement. Requirements: Technical degree or higher in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related areas. Experience with belts, air springs or transmission systems is a plus. Knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics (light or heavy line). Good verbal and written communication skills for training and technical interactions with customers. Ability to work in the field and in a variety of environments (workshops, automotive centers, fleet operators, technical events). Willing to travel Intermediate Office package and knowledge of presentation tools. Spanish will be considered a plus. Desired profile: Proactive, analytical and focused on problem-solving.
