Avrai l’opportunità di affiancare diversi team a rotazione, approfondendo i processi di pianificazione, controllo di gestione e analisi delle performance economico-finanziarie. Cosa farai in particolare: Supporterai il processo di pianificazione e controllo dei costi operativi (Opex) e degli investimenti (Capex) su orizzonte annuale e pluriennale. Contribuirai all’analisi degli scostamenti rispetto a budget e forecast, individuandone le principali determinanti. Eseguirai la predisposizione della reportistica periodica e delle analisi economico-finanziarie destinate al Top Management. Parteciperai alle attività di monitoraggio delle performance dei progetti di investimento e dei principali KPI di business. Effettuerai attività di raccolta, elaborazione e analisi di dati massivi a supporto dei processi decisionali. Contribuirai alla gestione e al mantenimento delle basi dati e degli strumenti di controllo utilizzati dalla funzione. Ti confronterai con diverse funzioni aziendali e con gli altri controller del Gruppo, sviluppando una visione integrata dei processi di business. Cosa serve per unirti al nostro team? Laurea magistrale, conseguita o in fase di conseguimento, in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini. Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, con particolare riferimento a Excel e PowerPoint. Conoscenza dei principi di controllo di gestione e delle principali nozioni di contabilità.
