Social Media Manager - Remote

We are a Swiss modular furniture brand selling premium metal furniture systems through our online configurator in Germany and Switzerland. Our customers design their own sideboards, shelves, desks and lowboards by choosing size, color and layout. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of our social media presence with one clear goal: grow our channels and build a community around modern interior design and modular furniture. Tasks What you will do Content & Channel Growth Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram (And if possible TikTok and Pinterest aswell) Create, schedule and publish content (we can provide images and you create the storytelling around them) Grow our follower base and engagement rate with a clear monthly growth plan Analyze performance weekly and adjust strategy based on data Influencer & Cooperation Management Research and identify interior design influencers, architects, interior stylists and home decor creators in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Reach out to influencers, negotiate cooperations and manage the full process from first contact to content delivery Organize product placements, unboxings, room makeovers and other collaboration formats Community & Brand Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs Monitor trends in the interior design and furniture space Bring ideas for campaigns and content series that drive engagement and reach Requirements What we are looking for 2+ years of experience managing social media (either for your own succesful channel or for a brand) Proven track record of growing a social media channel (show us the numbers) Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and best practices Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required) Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership Available for at least 20 hours per week Benefits Long-term remote position with flexible hours A premium product that looks great on camera Creative freedom to shape the brand's social presence Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to growth targets In your application letter, please specify which social media channels you have managed, whether for a company, client, project, or your own personal brand.
