Shopfloor Trainer - Tires

Knows and applies all work instructions and procedures specific to the activity; Participates in training programs and acquires the necessary knowledge, putting accent on self training; Develops employees by: Instruction/ reinstruction of operators depending on the requirements; Leading professional training in order to qualify/ requalify operators according to the training plan; Monitoring quality level and work effectiveness of operators and collaboration with the respective Production Area in order to improve individual results. Conceives and updates training plans & materials to qualify operators; Designs theoretical and practical tests necessary for the qualification and requalification of operators; Coordinates the testing and retesting of operators; Archives files and updates the qualification matrix; Collaborates with the production senior operators on all training topics. Highschool degree mandatory & baccalaureate.
