ServiceNow Solution Architect

This is a remote position. Overview   We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and scaling of ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on ITSM and CSM architecture, platform governance, automation, and providing technical leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and   ITIL aligned   ServiceNow implementations.   What we Need   Lead end ‑ to ‑ end ServiceNow ITSM & CSM solution architecture   Drive architecture standards, governance, and best practices   Design automation and AI ‑ enabled solutions (Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)   Lead solution workshops and   provide   architectural guidance during delivery   Support pre ‑ sales solutioning, estimations, and proposals   Ensure platform scalability, security, and long ‑ term maintainability   Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams   Provide oversight   on   integrations , upgrades, and complex implementations   Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and consultants   8+ years of ServiceNow / enterprise IT experience   CSA   required, CIS ITSM/CSM (minimum two), CTA preferred
