Serbian-speaking Win-back Sales Specialist (Freelance)

About the role We are looking for a freelance Serbian-speaking Win-back Sales Specialist to join our team and help re-engage our former clients across the Balkan market. In this role, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager focused exclusively on re-engaging and bringing back our former clients (ex-clients). Through consistent follow-ups, relationship building, and excellent account management, you will help drive client retention and contribute to bringing valuable business back to the company. Your responsibilities: Take full ownership of the Ex-Client database for the Serbian market Reach clients using phone calls & email, and Viber communication Conduct regular, systematic follow-up calls, ensuring every ex-client is contacted at least once a quarter Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions in the system, search for new leads in the old database, analyze the sales funnel Work towards a target KPI of the number of returned clients and the total revenue of the returned clients Customer research & feedback: identify client needs & blockers, share insights with the product team, achieve individual sales targets Required skills and experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales Fluent Serbian (to communicate with clients) English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team) CRM experience Strong communication skills️ Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc) Experience in HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus What We Offer: Fully remote work Flexible schedule: 7 hours/day (excluding lunch), Monday to Friday Freelance employment Paid training during the first week 16 days paid vacation + Serbian public holidays Become part of an international company with a mission to help people find jobs all over the world If you are ready to impact the lives of millions of people around the world — send us your CV and we will get back to you shortly.
