Senior Technician

Roles & Responsibilities The Electro-mechanical Technician assist and support the Electrical Engineer in projects as well as Maintenance & Improvement works for Production Plant Equipment as well as lighting & power installation in the factory. Responsibilities: Carry out routine Maintenance & Improvement (M&I) for plant equipment, lighting, and power installation. Carry out repair and improvement work as required. Calibrate, maintain and repair of pneumatic and electronic instruments. Carry out bench fitting jobs. Update schematic, single line diagrams and programme as necessary. Ensure that all tools and test instruments are in good condition. Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and carry out trouble-shooting related to equipment malfunction. Any other duties as assigned from time to time. What Will Make You Successful Proficient in workshop practice. Basic skill in the service and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic system. Proficiency in Welding Arc & Tig Welding is a bonus. Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering. Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams and write PLC programme NTC-2 Electrical Installation + Servicing with 2-year experience.
