Job Description Acquire, develop and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Build long-term client relationships through tailored wealth management solutions. Identify new business opportunities and drive assets under management growth. Deliver comprehensive investment, wealth planning and advisory solutions. Ensure full compliance with Swiss and cross-border regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with investment specialists and senior management to deliver best-in-class client service. The Successful Applicant Minimum 10 years of proven success as a Private Banker / Relationship Manager in Switzerland . Strong and stable track record of client acquisition and relationship management. Demonstrable network within Switzerland, Europe and/or the Middle East . Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and wealth management solutions. Excellent knowledge of Swiss and cross-border regulations. CWMA-SAQ certification or equivalent qualification preferred. Entrepreneurial, self-driven and capable of working independently. Resident in Switzerland or eligible to work in Switzerland.
