The position offers a hybrid workstyle--on-site Mon-Thu--working closely with cross-functional teams. *Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Responsibilities:* * Lead initiatives to develop and enhance integrated marketing measurement and testing frameworks supporting business decisions. * Proactively deliver insights and recommendations that influence marketing channel strategies across various platforms. * Collaborate with data teams to adopt advanced analytical techniques and operationalize models. * Drive comprehensive analysis of marketing campaigns, site performance, and channel attribution. * Develop and communicate strategic findings to senior stakeholders, ensuring data literacy across teams. *Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Qualifications:* * Over ten years of experience in data analysis, data science, or strategic marketing analytics demonstrating substantial business impact. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and knowledge of statistical languages such as Python or R. * Extensive experience with marketing channels including email, paid search, and paid media. * Deep expertise with attribution modeling, including MMM and MTA, and LTV prediction capabilities. * Hands-on experience with analytics platforms like GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
