Job Title:  Senior Consultant – AI Tools & Platforms Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote   Job Summary: Apex IT is seeking a Sr. Lead Developer to serve as the technical lead for AI-powered tools, platforms, and Apex-owned IP. This role partners closely with the AI Product Manager to design, build, and scale production-grade AI solutions used by delivery teams and customers Duties/Responsibilities: Lead architecture and technical direction for AI tools, platforms, and accelerators Translate product vision into scalable, secure technical designs Guide development of AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automation Mentor and lead multiple Staff Developers Own code quality, reviews, and engineering standards Partner with product management on sequencing and tradeoffs Competency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): 8+ years of professional software development experience 3+ years in a senior or technical lead role Experience building enterprise-grade tools or platforms Hands-on experience with AI-enabled systems and LLM-based tooling Experience with AI coding platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) Familiarity with MCP or agent orchestration patterns Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio and/or Salesforce Agent force is a plus Position Type and expected work hours: Full-time/Permanent and 40 hours per week.
