Senior Accountant - Hybrid in Bethesda About the Company and Opportunity: Our client is a non-profit organization in Bethesda whose focus is to strengthen communities in America. Due to a vacancy, they are bringing on a temporary Senior Accountant in their Bethesda office! Position is hybrid (3 out, 2 in) and the schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. Laptop is provided and is metro accessible! Pay is $40-42/hr - a great place to network, learn new software, and keep your skills alive! Overview of the Senior Accountant role: Month-end Close Reconciliations Journal Entries Financial Analysis Oversee AP & AR Ad hoc projects/reporting Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 7+ years' accounting experience Non-profit experience is a plus Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) are a must Sage Intacct and is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills
