Job Description SAP S/4HANA Programme Director responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the SAP S/4HANA programme. Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to deliver on key milestones. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project progress and quality. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Oversee change management to support a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards throughout the programme. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the project framework. The Successful Applicant A successful SAP S/4HANA Programme Director should have: Proven expertise in leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong experience in the financial services sector, particularly banking. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams. A solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. The ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
