SAP BTP DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote, Brazil Schedule:  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Brazil local time) Engagement: Contract / Remote About the Role We're looking for an experienced SAP BTP DevOps Engineer to operate and maintain CI/CD pipelines, platform health, and security compliance for custom cloud applications running on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, supporting Aptiv Global Operations across DEV, QA, and PROD landscapes. This is a remote role requiring full alignment with Brazil business hours. Key Responsibilities Manage CI/CD pipelines and resolve incidents within defined SLA windows Coordinate deployments across DEV/QA/PROD with rollback capability Rotate secrets and certificates ahead of expiration thresholds Triage security scans and produce CVE remediation reports Deliver weekly environmental health check summaries to the project lead Must-Have Skills & Experience SAP BTP Cloud Foundry: subaccount administration, CF CLI, MTA build and deployment CI/CD pipeline management with Jenkins (Jenkinsfile, build/deploy/security stages) MTA/mta.yaml and manifest.yml versioned configuration management XSUAA and SAP IAS: certificate rotation, trust configuration, token validation SAP HANA Cloud HDI container lifecycle and deployment artifact management SAP Credential Store: secrets management and rotation (max 90-day cycle) Security gate tools: SonarQube, Mend/WhiteSource, Checkmarx, Fortify SAP Cloud Logging and Alert Notification Service for proactive monitoring Git-based version control and branching strategy for multi-landscape environments Strong English proficiency for technical documentation and client communication Minimum 5 years in DevOps or platform engineering roles with SAP BTP Experience managing DEV/QA/PROD landscape parity and release coordination Nice-to-Have Skills SAP Job Scheduling Service monitoring and alerting Neo to Cloud Foundry migration tooling experience Kyma runtime awareness SAP Build Work Zone deployment SAP Integration Suite pipeline integration BlackDuck and advanced Fortify configuration Exposure to regulated/enterprise clients (pharma, energy, government) Familiarity with SAP CIS or CAE delivery methodology Additional Requirements Must be available and willing to confirm availability within Brazil business hours before submission Brazil-based candidates preferred for team alignment Portuguese speakers preferred for delivery team engagement; English-only speakers will be considered
