Sales & Marketing Specialist – German Speaker (m/f/d)

This is a remote position. At FXW GmbH, we help businesses transform their operations with Zoho solutions and AI-powered automation. We're looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us grow our customer base in the German-speaking market. Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers - Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone - Generate qualified B2B leads - Schedule meetings for our consultants - Create and manage marketing campaigns - Support content creation for LinkedIn and our website - Maintain and update our CRM - Build long-term customer relationships - Collaborate closely with our consulting team Requirements - Native or fluent German (C1/C2) - Good English skills - Excellent communication skills - Experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development - Self-driven and proactive mindset - Comfortable using CRM systems Nice to have: - LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Cold outreach experience - Zoho CRM knowledge - HubSpot or similar CRM experience - SEO and digital marketing knowledge - Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude Benefits - On-site work in our Istanbul office - Flexible working hours - Performance-based bonuses - Modern sales and marketing tools - International B2B projects - Career growth opportunities - Competitive salary
