We are looking for a Sales Development Representative and play a crucial role in the growth and success of a company by generating leads and creating opportunities for the sales team. This is a remote role open to qualified candidates in any major metro in the US. Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of warm accounts and signal-drive prospects surfaced through our SDR workflows, partnering closely with AEs on strategic accounts by conducting account research, qualifying prospects, and developing tailored outreach Conduct proactive lead follow-up including email campaigns, targeted calls and social engagement to drive engagement and convert MQLs to SQLs Navigate complex business environments and uncover and translate needs into business opportunities Build pipeline by initiating conversations and building relationships with marketing qualified leads through a mix of phone calls (cold calling), emails, LinkedIn messages, and In-person events. Work in coordination with marketing and sales teams to identify potential ICP companies and individuals and conduct dedicated outreach to secure sales meetings.
