Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. What you’ll be doing

As Sales Associate, you will manage the full sales funnel from first contact through to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team. You’ll primarily work on the phone, contacting restaurants and retail stores across Slovenia, and will receive training and coaching to grow your skills.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Manage a portfolio of leads and execute systematic outreach
• Book and run meetings to acquire new restaurants and retail stores onto Wolt’s platform
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and collect documentation
• Ensure seamless handover of signed partners to the merchant onboarding team
• Support the sales team in improving methodologies and processes

You’ll do well at Wolt if you:

• Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships.
• Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures.
• Have a proven track record of making sales and closing deals.
• Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.
• Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Slovenian.
• Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.
• Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
• Have 2+ years in partner operations or customer support and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, owning end-to-end workflows with on-time delivery.
• Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating smartly when they exceed scope.
