RV Operations Customer Service

Brown & Brown   is   seeking   an   RV Operations Customer Service   to join our growing team !     The Operations Customer Service position assists customers with questions about coverage, enrolling in the program, and being connected to the department that can best   assist   with an issue.     How You Will Contribute:   Advising   customers about   the benefits   of our programs,   assisting   with requests for covered benefits, and enrollment.     Directing customers to the department that can best   assist   them.     Front-ending   technical   assistance   calls.     Assisting   with enrollment or renewals.     Skills & Experience to be Successful:   Excellent written and verbal communication skills .     Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications .     Ability to   maintain   a high level   of confidentiality .     Knowledge of RV’s and roadside   assistance . Pay Range $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
