Remote Bilingual Client Intake & Reception Specialist

A growing immigration law firm is seeking three Remote Bilingual Receptionists to join its client intake and communications team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate and detail-oriented and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls from current and prospective clients Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish Route calls to the appropriate team members Schedule consultations and appointments Take detailed and accurate messages Enter the caller information into the firm's case management system Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality Support the legal team with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Previous experience in a call center, virtual receptionist, customer service, medical office, or legal office preferred Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Comfortable working with multiple computer systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Friendly, empathetic personality Professional and dependable Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm while speaking with clients who may be under stress Team-oriented mindset Schedule Full-Time Remote Standard business hours (additional schedule details to be provided during the interview process) Why Join Us?
