Remote Account Manager

Safe Haven Security, a leading Authorized ADT Dealer, is seeking a Remote Account Manager to own relationships with residential and small-business customers. You'll manage a portfolio of smart home and security accounts, drive renewals, upsell new solutions, and ensure a world-class customer experience. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you'll use CRM tools, conduct virtual consultations, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales, install, and support teams. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and small-business smart home and security accounts remotely Drive contract renewals, upsell additional security and smart home solutions, and reduce churn Conduct virtual consultations, product walkthroughs, and needs assessments with customers Use CRM tools to track activities, pipeline, performance metrics, and customer health Collaborate with sales, installation, and support teams to resolve issues quickly Monitor system performance and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities Educate customers on new features, upgrades, and best practices to maximize system value Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets Required Skills Account management CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Inside sales Customer retention Upselling and cross-selling Virtual presentations and demos Smart home and security systems knowledge Territory and pipeline management Data-driven performance tracking Contract and subscription management
