• Expert-level proficiency in CapCut — experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro highly valued; must work on macOS (demonstrates commitment to professional-grade workflow and quality standards)
• Can identify viral moments and execute polished, well-paced edits with strong hooks, clean captions, and purposeful text
• Demonstrates creative ownership and aesthetic vision, plus openness to feedback and direction
