About the Role We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Go-to-Market Recruiter (Sales Recruiter) to support hiring across our Sales organization. In this role, youâll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple Go-to-Market sales segments and motions, including Enterprise and SMB organizations spanning inside sales, outside sales, and strategic sales teams. This is not a transactional recruiting role. Weâre looking for someone who thinks like a business partner and talent advisor â someone who can identify inefficiencies, influence stakeholders, improve processes, and help scale recruiting in a high-growth environment.
