We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Senior Python, React & AI Engineer, located in Latin America. You will join a fast-paced engagement focused on building and delivering a production-ready, AI-driven solution, with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance. We are looking for: 6+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack roles) Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement) Solid experience with React Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar) Ability to build and ship production-ready code quickly in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to have: Experience with Azure (App Services, Blob Storage, etc.) Background in document processing or structured data extraction Familiarity with LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM-as-judge) Experience working on early-stage or fast-moving projects We offer: Fully remote position Short-term engagement (6 weeks) with strong potential for long-term extension Full-time Collaboration with US-based teams (Central Time overlap required) Compensation in US Dollars If you are as excited to learn more as we are to work with you, please submit your resume and let’s be in touch!
