Job Description The PQE manager is responsible for establishing and leading the PQE team, ensuring quality and reliability performance of Monolithic Power products wherever they are designed, manufactured, and assembled, by managing Product Quality related aspects from an end-to-end perspective (from concept throughout the entire product lifecycle) in accordance with international standards and customer requirements.
